·.The Leadership Academy

The work and the workers.

The Guest House Leadership Academy is a hospitality and leadership pipeline for Natchez youth — built inside a live hospitality environment, not a classroom. Real pathways to leadership, certifications, and economic mobility, rooted in the place itself.

That location is not incidental. This building was constructed at the height of the Forks of the Road slave market, financed by the cotton economy that enslaved sixty percent of this county. Natchez youth are now building their economic futures inside the same physical space their ancestors built without recompense. That is reclamation in practice, not in theory.

It begins with a class — six weeks, online, open to anyone sixteen to twenty-five, anywhere in the world.

The Academy is the Natchez program of Legacy Hotel Institute(opens in a new tab), a national institute for hospitality leadership. This house is its founding campus.

·.The Class

Six weeks. One hotel. Yours to figure out.

A six-week online leadership program built for the next generation of hospitality leaders. Rather than studying theory in a vacuum, you will learn the core business by analyzing a real-world property.

Each week you identify a real hotel you'd want to buy — and we work through what it takes to buy it.

Dates and tuition details will be announced soon, with scholarships available to ensure no qualified student is turned away due to financial need.
